2. Nature of Services – No Medical or Psychiatric Care

Although Dr. Marissa Caudill is a licensed and board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, The Parent Doctor, LLC does not provide medical care, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment through this Site, courses, memberships, coaching sessions, webinars, speaking engagements, or any other services offered.

All services offered by The Parent Doctor, LLC are strictly educational and coaching in nature and are designed to provide parenting strategies, resources, and general information. Your participation in or purchase of any course, subscription, event, or coaching session does not create a psychiatrist–patient or doctor–patient relationship with Dr. Caudill or The Parent Doctor, LLC.

If you require medical, psychiatric, or psychological services, you should consult with a qualified health professional in your jurisdiction. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through The Parent Doctor, LLC.

3. Educational and Coaching Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Parent Doctor, LLC provides parenting education, tools, and coaching, not healthcare.

No diagnosis, treatment plan, prescription, or individualized psychiatric advice is provided.

Any testimonials or success stories shared by clients are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

4. Eligibility

Services are intended for parents and caregivers over the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may access the Site only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

5. Accounts and Privacy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payments for courses, memberships, and other services are due at the time of purchase. Refunds are available only as expressly stated in the applicable program description or purchase terms. Unless otherwise noted, course purchases may be cancelled within seven (7) days for a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and digital materials, is the property of The Parent Doctor, LLC or its licensors. You may use content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Parent Doctor, LLC and Dr. Marissa Caudill disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site or services.
